About the Facilitator

Mystiika Jae (they/them) is the Executive Director of Spiritual Wellfare Inc., a national nonprofit supporting holistic and intergenerational healing in marginalized communities. As a somatic practitioner, Mystiika brings over four years of experience integrating movement, joy, and creativity into trauma-responsive spaces. Their work supports survivors and frontline leaders in reclaiming rest, embodiment, and liberation.

Join us this August for The Space Between Breath, a healing-centered virtual workshop for survivors and practitioners in the anti-trafficking movement. In a field that asks so much of our bodies and spirits, this session invites us to pause, return to ourselves, and reconnect with the joy that sustains us.

Facilitated by somatic practitioner and healer Mystiika Jae, this healing-centered workshop invites survivors and practitioners in the anti-trafficking field to pause, reconnect with their bodies, and remember the joy that sustains them. Through gentle somatic practices, collective dialogue, and moments of stillness, we’ll explore how caring for ourselves is an act of caring for our communities. Attendees will leave with accessible body-care tools and rest practices they can use daily to stay grounded and engaged in the work. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin or simply want to deepen your practices of sustainability and care, this space is for you.

In this workshop, participants will:

• Create space for honest reflection on burnout, joy, and humanness in this sector.

• Teach accessible somatic and rest practices for daily grounding.

• Strengthen community connection through shared dialogue and collective healing.

• Reframe rest and joy as essential to sustaining the movement.

The cohort curriculum is curated using Industree Foundation’s 6C framework that focuses on Construct, Create, Capital, Capacity, Channel, Connect; components critical for enterprises and organizations to build and grow. Realizing the need for a unified approach to solving different roadblocks that social enterprises face.  

Regenearth emphasizes peer learning, open-source tools, and the principles of design thinking to foster co-creation and practical problem-solving. Participants engage in live sessions, expert-led dialogues, and mentored implementation that bridges theory with on-the-ground realities.

By sharing proven models and successful practices, Regenearth empowers entrepreneurs in mission-driven enterprises to strengthen their role in inclusive supply chains. It is a growing movement to build resilient, regenerative systems that support Sustainable livelihoods and community-led growth.
