Collective action Manager

Commitment: Full-time, salaried position
Compensation: $67,000
Location: Remote position, can be based anywhere in the US; must have the legal right to work in the US; required on a regular basis to work with people based in other global regions, and must be able to prioritize working in Eastern Standard Time.

Position Summary: Survivor Alliance is advancing a portfolio of work that strengthens collective survivor power and reimagines leadership in the anti-trafficking and anti-slavery field. The Collective Action Manager will catalyze and inspire action around an already co-created global vision for survivor leadership, working in deep partnership with survivors and allies around the world to drive collective momentum and impact. This work is rooted in organizing survivors and allies into a powerful, coordinated movement capable of shifting power dynamics, redefining leadership, and influencing the global anti-trafficking agenda. The Collective Action Manager will also play a key role in challenging and disrupting this model, supporting the development of an inclusive, survivor-led movement that prioritizes intersectionality, equity, and systemic change.
