Survivor Alliance is a survivor-led global movement that connects survivor leadership to the systems shaping anti trafficking efforts around the world.
We hold a unique role in the sector: deeply rooted in a global community of survivor leaders across more than 45 countries while also serving as a trusted partner to governments, institutions, and multilateral organizations. As architects of connectivity, we build bridges that allow lived experience to inform policy, practice, and funding while ensuring survivors have access to meaningful opportunities for leadership, influence, and economic advancement.
In doing so, we are not only strengthening relationships. We are helping shift how the system itself operates by embedding survivor leadership into the structures that drive decision-making and resource allocation.
Our work is carried out through four interconnected programs that advance survivor leadership, strengthen relationships, and drive systems change.

Develop the skills, confidence, and connections to lead change. Through training, professional development, mentorship, internships, and fellowships, we support advocates in growing their leadership and career pathways.
Partner with survivor leaders to strengthen your organization. We provide training, facilitation, research, and technical assistance focused on survivor engagement, trauma-informed practice, leadership development, and systems change.
Turning individual voices into collective impact. We serve as a bridge across the broader anti-trafficking field, convening partners through gatherings, working groups, and shared learning spaces that strengthen collaboration and collective impact.
