Survivor Alliance World Congress
Information for Sponsors

what is unique about the congress?

Most anti-trafficking and anti-slavery conferences are led by and for NGO professionals. If survivors participate, we are in the minority.

The Survivor Alliance World Congress is led and designed by a multi-national group of survivors of different types of slavery and human trafficking. Survivors are conference organizers, workshop leaders, participants, and keynote speakers. The first 3.5 days are for survivors only, convening 200 survivors from the US, UK, Kenya, Nepal, and India.

Rarely do anti-slavery allies have the opportunity to work with survivors as colleagues and peers. The last 1.5 days are for survivors and allies to collaborate together. Rather than merely talk about solutions, survivors and allies will engage in working sessions to develop action steps for survivor leadership for the next decade.

So many survivors being in contact with each other is very exciting. Imagine what we could do if we all came together.
